During signup or in your profile settings, select your skill level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Elite. Accuracy improves your matches.

Suggested players are ranked by skill level, location, and availability. Set your available times in your profile to see compatible players nearby.

Yes! You can set your preferred playing radius in your profile. We'll only show players within that distance.

Visit their profile and click 'Message' to start a conversation. You can discuss match details, courts, and timing.

Create a Lobby from the Play tab — choose your sport, skill level, and time. You can invite a specific player directly or post an open Lobby that anyone nearby can join. Once your opponent confirms, the match is on your record.

Yes! You can subscribe to your match calendar feed from your profile settings. It works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and any app that supports iCal feeds.

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance through the match details page so your opponent has time to find another partner.

Go to Profile > Settings > Account to update your email address or password. You'll need to verify any new email address.

Yes, you can request account deletion in Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Your profile will be removed from public view and your data will be processed for deletion in accordance with our privacy policy. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law.

Other registered users can see your public profile (name, skill level, general location). Your exact address and contact info are never shared.
