Communicate if you need to cancel or reschedule
Give honest feedback and ratings after matches
Report inappropriate behavior or spam
Keep personal contact info private until comfortable
Be welcoming to new members
Don'ts
Harass, bully, or threaten other players
Share false or misleading information
Post spam or promotional content
Create fake profiles or impersonate others
Request money or personal financial information
Share inappropriate or offensive content
No-show matches without communication
Discriminate based on race, gender, age, or ability
How to Report
If you encounter inappropriate behavior:
1. Posts: Tap the ••• menu on any post and select "Report"
2. Players: Visit their profile and tap "Report User"
3. Messages: Use the report option in the conversation
All reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Serious violations may result in immediate account suspension.
Violation Consequences
First offense: Warning sent via email
Second offense: Temporary account suspension (7 days)
Third offense: Permanent ban from the platform
* Severe violations (threats, scams, etc.) may result in immediate permanent ban
