2. Description of Service

RallyWith.io is a racquet sports matchmaking platform that connects players for recreational and competitive matches across tennis, pickleball, padel, and other racquet sports. The Service allows users to create profiles, find other players, schedule matches, and communicate with other members.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate and complete information
You may not share your account with others

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Post false or misleading information
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
Spam or send unsolicited messages

5. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from RallyWith, you agree to the following:

Message Types: Match score confirmations, match reminders, match requests, cancellations, and account notifications
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity. You may receive multiple messages per week if you are actively playing
Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all SMS notifications. You can also manage preferences at rallywith.io/settings/notifications
Help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or email support@rallywith.io
Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out at any time without affecting your use of the Service.

6. Safety Disclaimer

RallyWith.io does not perform background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your safety when meeting other users. We recommend meeting in public places and informing someone of your plans.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Service are the property of RallyWith.io or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

RallyWith.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
